This is an unusual choice and it’s all very interesting but there’s some administrative hassle acquiring the visa.

I imagine Caracas is a bit like Lima, Sao Paulo and Bogota, quite unfriendly to the foreign tourist,
but take a trip to the countryside and you acquire a different perspective.
